After a master’s degree (France) in 2010 and various national and international exhibitions, Didier Hébert-Guillon gradually opened his artistic practice (installation and video) to photography. He works with both argentic and digital cameras, according to his artistic intentions : so, he can exploit advantages of each kind of technology. Defined directly by his philosophical thought (as a visual artist) about reality and its spaces, his photographs express a point of view about human societies. Considering himself as a witness of daily life, he observes and questions the contemporary world, inviting everyone to appropriate his photographs. In 2019, his work has been awarded by the international prize Nikon Photo Contest (silver prize) and is exhibited around the world.
